# Manage Quantity Settings

With Insight CRM Inventory management, Admins control quantity settings to maintain accurate stock levels. This ensures smooth supply, prevents shortages or overstock, saves time, and supports smarter business decisions with ease.



How to Add Low Quantity

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Inventory from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Quantity Settings from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • Click the Add Now button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Select Product: Select the product from the dropdown menu.

    • Low Quantity: Enter the desired quantity in the low quantity field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Submit button to save the information.

 

 

 

 

How to Edit Low Quantity

  • Log in to the Admin panel and open the Dashboard.

  • Navigate to Inventory from the left menu.

  • Finally, click the Quantity Settings from the left menu, and a new window will appear.

  • When you click the three dots in the Options button, a new window will pop up with Edit and Delete.

  • Click the Edit button, and an entry form will appear.

  • Fill in the following details:

    • Select Product: Select the product from the dropdown menu.

    • Low Quantity: Enter the desired quantity in the low quantity field.

  • Once all the fields are completed, click the Update button to save the information.

  • If you click the Delete button, a confirmation window will pop up.

  • If you click the Confirm button, the item will be deleted automatically; otherwise, click Cancel.
